The wording is so fun and truly we enjoyed reading this out loud together, my hyperactive son was 100% focused on it. We love that there are actual recipes to get kids involved in the kitchen at the end and even a little certificate that the kids can feel excited and proud about once they accomplish it. The pictures are so incredibly beautiful, I could just stare at them. Awesome job, can’t wait to purchase more books from the author!

A story full of color and poetry with lots of interactions on every page. Small children would find this book colorful and playful with the food recipes and characters. And big kids like my daughter can love the poetry and story. We haven’t read a book like this in a long time that focuses on challenging kids and delivering a positive message in this case loving food and following your passion. I loved how the book is consistent and follows through the plot. The recipes are a plus so definitely plan on making some snacks.
