Refund & Return Policy

At Zestful Productions, we put a lot of care into everything we offer — from our digital downloads to our vintage finds to our handpicked apparel. Because of that, we keep our return policy simple and straightforward.

All Sales Are Final — With One Important Exception

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives with a problem, we want to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or defective: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the damage. We'll take care of you.

Digital Downloads All digital products (recipe card templates, printables) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. Please review product descriptions and preview images carefully before purchasing.

Vintage & Antique Items All vintage and antique items are sold as-is and are final sale. We describe and photograph every item thoroughly — please refer to our Vintage & Antique Item Disclosure for full details.
