How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within5–7 business days, though many head out sooner! Since many of our products are made-to-order, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your order right to your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. for orders placed through our website. But good news — we do offer international shipping through our Etsy shop! Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options in the future.

How do you handle damages or defects?
We want you to love everything about your order! Please inspect your item within 72 hours of receiving it. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us right away so we can make it right. After that time frame, we’re unable to offer replacements, as the item may have been affected by factors beyond our control.
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is made just for you, all sales are final. That said — if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right. Reach out as soon as possible. Your satisfaction means everything to us!

Every vintage and antique piece at Zestful Productions is thoughtfully handled, inspected, and packaged with care. Items are wrapped securely—often in layers of protective padding—and fragile pieces may be double-boxed for added safety.
All orders ship from Bismarck, North Dakota, with tracking provided.
What to Expect When Purchasing Vintage
These items are authentic vintage, antique, or collectible pieces—each with a story and a past life.
- You will receive the exact item shown in the listing
- No stock photos are ever used
- All known flaws or signs of wear are clearly described and photographed
- Items may show natural age, patina, or gentle wear consistent with their history
Vintage items are not new unless explicitly stated.
Condition Disclosure
All vintage and antique items are sold as-is.
Because of the nature of pre-loved goods, minor imperfections, wear, or signs of age may be present. We make every effort to disclose and photograph all visible flaws to the best of our ability. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
